Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Fueld Fitness LLC ("Fueld," "we," "us," "our") governing your use of the Fueld mobile application and related services (the "App"). By creating an account, tapping "I agree," or using the App, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under 18 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), you may use the App only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to these Terms on your behalf and is responsible for your use of the App. By using the App you represent that you meet these requirements, that any consent required has been given, and that all information you provide is accurate.

2Not Medical Advice

Fueld provides general fitness, exercise, nutrition, and wellness information for educational and informational purposes only. Fueld is not a medical provider, healthcare provider, registered dietitian, physical therapist, or licensed professional, and using the App does not create any provider–patient or professional relationship. Nothing in the App — including workout programs, exercise instructions, nutrition and macronutrient targets, calorie estimates, readiness or fitness-age scores, pre/postnatal programs, AI-generated coaching, or any other content — constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or a professional recommendation, and none of it is a substitute for the advice of a qualified professional.

You should consult your physician or other qualified healthcare provider before beginning, continuing, or changing any exercise or nutrition program, and particularly before doing so if you have or may have any medical condition, are taking medication, are pregnant or postpartum, are recovering from surgery or injury, or have any history of cardiovascular, musculoskeletal, metabolic, or other health concerns. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something in the App. If you think you may have a medical emergency, call your doctor or emergency services immediately.

3Assumption of Risk

You understand and acknowledge that physical exercise and dietary changes carry inherent risks, including but not limited to: muscle strains, sprains, and tears; joint, back, and tendon injuries; falls; cardiac events; dizziness, fainting, or heat-related illness; aggravation of pre-existing conditions; and in rare cases serious injury or death. You understand these risks may be heightened during pregnancy and the postpartum period, and that pregnancy and recovery differ for every individual. You voluntarily and knowingly assume all risks — known and unknown — associated with your use of the App and your participation in any activity, program, or recommendation it provides, and you confirm that you are participating voluntarily, are physically able to do so, and have obtained any medical clearance appropriate to your circumstances.

4Release and Waiver of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you hereby release, waive, and discharge Fueld Fitness LLC and its owners, members, officers, employees, contractors, and agents (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) of any kind — whether based in contract, tort (including ordinary negligence), statute, or otherwise — arising out of or related to your use of the App or your participation in any program or recommendation it provides, including any injury, illness, condition, loss, or harm to you or any person. This release does not apply to liability that cannot be waived under applicable law, including liability for gross negligence, recklessness, willful or intentional misconduct, or fraud.

5Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the App; (b) your participation in any program or activity; (c) your violation of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.

6No Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App's content (including calorie or macro calculations, readiness scores, fitness-age estimates, or program recommendations) is accurate, complete, current, or suitable for your individual circumstances, or that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.
