Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy

This policy describes how Fueld Fitness LLC collects, uses, and shares "consumer health data" under applicable state laws, including the Washington My Health My Data Act. It supplements our Privacy Policy and applies to residents of states with such laws.

1Consumer Health Data We Collect

Pregnancy and postpartum status; trimester or postpartum recovery stage; responses to a pre-exercise health-safety screening (which may reveal or relate to medical conditions); body metrics, activity, fitness, and nutrition information; health/fitness data you sync from Apple Health; and data inferred from the above to generate fitness and nutrition recommendations.

2Sources

Collected directly from you through your use of the App, including information you enter and data you authorize us to read from Apple Health.

3Purposes

To provide and personalize the fitness and nutrition features you request (including pre/postnatal programs); to apply safety screening and record acknowledgments; to maintain, back up, and sync your account; to maintain security; and to comply with law. We do not use it for targeted advertising and do not sell it.

4Sharing

We do not sell consumer health data or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share it only with (a) service providers/processors who host and operate the App on our behalf (such as our backend and authentication provider, Supabase), under confidentiality and security obligations on a need-to-know basis; and (b) recipients where required by law. Categories of processors: cloud backend/database provider; authentication provider.

5Your Rights

You have the right to confirm whether we collect, share, or sell your consumer health data and to access it; to withdraw consent to its collection and sharing; to have it deleted; and to appeal a denied request. Contact privacy@fueldfitnessapp.com; we respond within the time the law requires (generally 45 days). To appeal a denial, reply to our response or contact legal@fueldfitnessapp.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
