Privacy Policy

Fueld Fitness LLC ("Fueld," "we," "us") respects your privacy. This Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

Information We Collect

• Account info: name, email, and authentication identifiers.
• Profile & fitness data: age, sex, height, weight, body measurements, goals, activity level, workouts, meal/nutrition logs, check-ins, and progress photos.
• Health data from Apple Health (only if you connect it): steps, active energy, weight, sleep, resting heart rate, and heart-rate variability.
• Pregnancy & postpartum information (only if you use those optional features): pregnancy/postpartum status, trimester or recovery stage, your responses to a pre-exercise health-safety screening (which may relate to medical conditions), and timestamped records of your acknowledgment of our disclaimers.
• Usage & device data: app interactions and basic technical/device data needed to operate and secure the App.

How We Use It

To provide and personalize the App's programs and nutrition guidance; to apply safety screening and record acknowledgments; to sync and back up your data; to maintain security; and to comply with law. We do not use your health, fitness, or pregnancy information for advertising, and we do not sell or rent your personal information.

Apple Health

Data read from Apple Health (HealthKit) is used only to provide in-app features and is never used for advertising or sold. We handle it consistent with Apple's requirements.

Where It's Stored & Sharing

Your data is stored on your device and synced to our backend provider, Supabase, to enable backup and cross-device access. We share personal information only with service providers/processors who operate the App on our behalf under confidentiality and security obligations, and where required by law. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Your Choices and Rights

You can edit or remove your profile and life-stage information in the App at any time, disconnect Apple Health, and delete your account and all associated data in-app (Profile → Delete Account), which erases your data from your device and our servers. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your data, and to withdraw consent; contact privacy@fueldfitnessapp.com to exercise them.

Data Retention

We keep your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the App. When you delete your account, we erase your data from your device and our active systems. We may retain a limited amount of information after deletion only where required — for example, transaction or tax records, or information we must keep to comply with law, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements. Any such retained information is limited to what is necessary for those purposes and is then deleted or anonymized.

Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards and restrict access on a need-to-know basis. No system is perfectly secure.

Children & Minors

The App is intended for users 13 years and older. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly; if you believe a child under 13 has provided us information, contact privacy@fueldfitnessapp.com. If you are between 13 and 18 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), you may use the App only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
